Checking Your Testicles / Testicular Self-Exam

There is no recommendation for routine testicular cancer screening in all asymptomatic men, but knowing what is normal for you can help you notice a lump, swelling, or other change that should be evaluated promptly.

A lot of people have asked about shower cards showing how to check their testicles. The Testicular Cancer Foundation has illustrated instructions and offers free educational materials, including shower cards.
